Terms of use

RobinHouse (“we”) publishes this website and two smart contracts on Robinhood Chain: an item registry that maps one catalog item number to one coin, and a fee splitter. Coins are created and traded by Pons v2 bonding curves and, after graduation, by Uniswap v4 pools. We do not run those, hold your assets, or execute trades. Every transaction is signed by your own wallet and sent by you.

You may use the site only where doing so is lawful for you. $COST is a Stock Token that its issuer does not offer to persons in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or Switzerland; we block launching and trading from those countries and you must not circumvent that. By launching a coin you confirm you are not such a person and that the name and ticker you chose do not infringe anyone’s rights.

The site is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, from the contracts, from Pons, from Uniswap, from Robinhood Chain, or from the price of any token. We may change or discontinue the site at any time; the contracts and the coins keep running without us.

Not affiliated with anyone

RobinHouse is an artistic homage and parody of the warehouse-club shopping experience. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer, by any product manufacturer, by Robinhood Markets or its affiliates, by Pons, or by Uniswap. Coins are memecoins with no claim on any product, company, stock or dividend.

Product names, item numbers and photos

The catalog lists real products by their names, item numbers and prices to identify them. Names and item numbers are facts used descriptively; trademarks belong to their owners. Product photographs are displayed to identify the item and belong to their respective rights holders. Manufacturer brand names are removed from item names before they are shown. Coin names and tickers are not chosen by launchers: they are derived from the brand-scrubbed item name, so a coin is named after what the product is, not who makes it.

Takedown requests

If you own the rights to a product photograph, name or other material shown here and want it removed, tell us which item numbers or coins are affected and how we can verify you speak for the rights holder. On request we can remove a product photo (the item keeps its number, name and price with a plain tile), remove an item from the site entirely so nobody can launch a coin for it through RobinHouse, and stop displaying a coin.

What we cannot do: change or delete anything already written to the blockchain. A launched coin’s name, ticker and its link to an item number are permanent and visible on other sites (block explorers, the Pons launchpad, trading tools) that we do not control.

Risk

Memecoins can go to zero. Bonding curves charge fees on every trade and a 99% tax on buys in the first seconds after launch. Graduated liquidity is locked forever and cannot be withdrawn by anyone. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Ltd and carry their own risks and restrictions. Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice.

Privacy

There are no accounts. Your wallet address is public on the blockchain and is used by the site to show your holdings. Our hosting provider derives an approximate country from your IP address to apply the restrictions above; we do not store it. The site keeps your theme choice in your browser and sets no tracking cookies. Requests to our servers are logged for a short time for security and debugging.
